Our products are guaranteed to satisfy every customer, please read the following, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will be happy to return or refund your payment.

Our return process

Please contact our customer service during business hours by e-mail, phone or online chat, our customer service will answer & agrave; your questions from 08:00 in the morning until 08:00 in the evening EST (current time). Our group will provide you with explanations on how to manage your needs.

Please notify us of your refund or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the goods.

All items (including all components, accessories) must be returned to us by courier.

If it is a replacement, you must pay us the cost of re-shipping the goods.

There is no; no return fee every time.

Note:

1, the customer must return the product to the designated return address, we will send you the return information by email. Upon receipt of your return, we can arrange a full refund.
